Merge with Micro-Network Systems, retains Digital Storage Solutions name.

2001

Established a document scanning service bureau

2005

Nationally recognized value-added reseller for both Kofax Capture and Hyland OnBase

2009

Move corporate offices to Medford, NY, and add physical document storage to the service offering

2009

Digital Storage Solutions is rebranded as Shoreline Records Management

2010

Enterprise content and professional service divisions purchased by AMS Imaging, Newport, Rhode Island

2011

Document storage division acquired by Cornerstone Records Management

2012

Move corporate offices to Ronkonkoma, NY, focus solely on document scanning services

2015

Announce exclusive NY reseller agreement with Ohio-based SC Strategic Solutions, manufacturer of industry-leading cloud-based document capture and enterprise document management software

2016

Re-introduce document storage division and acquire warehouse facility in Bohemia, NY

2017

Add Medical Records Custodian and document destruction services to complete comprehensive document management services

The Bayville Fire Company #1 was preparing to celebrate its 100th Anniversary.
